Cleveland Cavaliers point guard Kyrie Irving is continuing to feud with former teammate Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis. After exchanging nasty words earlier in the season, Davis upgraded his seats for a game against the Celtics during their rough period without LeBron James. It only took one day for social media to catch wind of this and call out Big Baby on his trolling antics.

Kyrie Irving has been having a rough start to the season. He was playing against the Celtics and Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis, who is known for his trolling of players, decided to troll Kyrie by upgrading his seats. Read more in detail here: where is kyrie irving from.

Glen 'Big Baby' Davis Trolls Kyrie Irving, Gets Caught Upgrading Seats

The Boston Celtics hosted Kyrie Irving and the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday, and there was plenty of drama on the floor. Irving returned to TD Garden for the first time since stomping on the Celtics logo during a playoff victory last season.

While there was no logo-stomping this time as the Celtics beat the Nets 126-120, there was some intriguing off-court incident involving former Celtics player Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis.

Kyrie Irving and Boston Celtics fans are just not compatible.

During Sunday’s game, Irving was booed practically every time he touched the ball. From the perspective of a Celtics fan, it’s understandable. When Irving said at a meeting for season ticket holders that he would re-sign with the club after his contract was up, he rubbed the fans the wrong way.

He left after two years of injury, heartbreak, and playoff failure.

Irving ruffled Boston fans’ feathers before returning to TD Garden in May as a member of the opposing club for the first time since leaving Boston. He expressed his hope that supporters would stick to basketball and that no “subtle racism” would occur.

“Hopefully, we can just keep it just basketball,” he said after Game 2 in Brooklyn. “You know, there’s no belligerence or any racism going on, subtle racism, and people chanting sh*t from the audience.” “But even if it is, it is part of the game’s nature, and I’m going to concentrate on what we can manage.”

After a Game 4 triumph, he went over to mid-court and trampled on the emblem, further infuriating the fans. A water bottle tossed by a fan whizzed past his head as he walked off the field.

“It’s been that way in history in terms of entertainment and performers in sports for a long period of time,” Irving said, per ESPN after the game. “Just underlying racism and treating people like they’re in a human zoo. People just feel very entitled out here.”

Glen ‘Big Baby’ Davis, a former Boston Celtics player, teases Kyrie Irving and is caught attempting to upgrade seats.

Irving was well aware that he would hear it from Boston supporters on Sunday. He knows how they feel about him, and how the logo stomp didn’t go down well with them the last time he was there.

They not only booed him anytime he touched the ball, but they also chanted “Kyrie stinks” a few times.

While Celtics supporters cheered for the team and booed Kyrie, Davis, who spent four seasons with the team, joined in the fun. In honor of Irving’s logo-stomping incident, Davis wore a white t-shirt. “Respect the Logo” was written on the shirt, which featured an angry leprechaun.

In addition, with two minutes left in the third quarter, television cameras occurred to get a glimpse of Davis. As the camera zeroed in on him, he was seen being thrown out of his seat.

Davis responded, “Oh, are these y’all seats?” as most people do when they attempt to sneak up a few rows.

Davis stood up and moved a row back. Who knows whether they were his seats in the first place.

“Is Baby attempting to creep up a row in his old house?” said TV announcer Doris Burke of the event.

The Celtics were led by Jayson Tatum to defeat Kyrie and the Nets.

Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics understood what he was up against on Sunday. Irving and Kevin Durant, two of the finest players in the NBA, were heading to town. It’s a task he relishes every time.

As a competitor, “those matchups — when you’re playing one of the greatest teams in the league, two of the best players — those are the types of moments that you looked forward to as a child,” Tatum told ESPN. “When such possibilities present themselves, you strive to take advantage of them.”

Tatum made the best of the situation. He ended with 54 points, including 34 in the second half. The Red Sox have won 21 of their previous 27 games.

“This guy to the left was unstoppable tonight,” Celtics guard Jaylen Brown said of Tatum. “I believe that is beneficial.”

Tatum surpassed the 50-point mark for the fourth time in his brief career. That matched him for the most in Celtics history with Larry Bird.
